Terms of Service

These are the short terms for using Any Day Now. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Free service

Any Day Now is free. There are no paid tiers and no locked features.

Who can have an account

The account holder must be 18 or older and the parent or guardian of every child profile they add. Children use the app under that parent’s account and supervision.

Use it as intended

Please don’t:

• use the app for anything unlawful or to harm anyone;
• add children you aren’t the parent or guardian of;
• try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service;
• access anyone else’s account or data.

As is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. It may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Points and prizes are for family use and have no cash value.

Termination

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other families at risk.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Any Day Now and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss beyond what you paid us, which is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
